PAYING FOR JEWELLERY

Please note that AariyaDiamonds.com actively undertakes measures to prevent fraud taking place on our website. As such during the transaction process you will be prompted through the use of CVV and other security measures to verify that you are the valid card holder. All purchases from this site will appear on your statement as “Aariya Ltd” or Aariya Diamonds. All sensitive consumer data collected on this site is used only for the purpose of completing the transaction. Aariya Diamonds will not add any additional fees to your purchase if you pay via any of the card types supported. Please be aware that full payment will be taken from your card when we have accepted your order, this payment will show on your statements as Aariya Ltd or Aariya Diamonds. Credit Card Information All credit card related data will be handled confidentially and not be used for any other purpose or divulged to any other parties not connected to this transaction.

PROTECTING YOUR SECURITY

To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate your name, address and any other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks, personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. Rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, and that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

OUR PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF VAT

FULFILLING YOUR ORDER

We aim to send all jewellery within 24 hours of receipt of the order and whenever possible we will send your order in the next available mail out (Monday to Friday). We are confident that we can fulfil the majority of our orders within 5 to 7 working days. If you need to know the expected delivery date of an item, please call or email us. We will also work hard to meet any special delivery requirements you may have. However, in some cases when we are tailoring the jewellery to your requirements or where we are having to handcraft or import the jewellery, there could be a delay of several weeks. Please be aware that full payment is taken from your card when we accepted your order and will be in touch when it is ready to be shipped, this payment will show on your statements as Aariya Ltd. After you have placed your order we will verify your credit card details and process your order. You will be sent a confirmation email. Please keep the email in a safe place as it will contain your order number and you should quote this number when you contact us here at aariyadiamonds.com. We recommend that you print and retain a copy of the order confirmation. Once the jewellery has been dispatched from our offices you will be sent a further email notifying you of how to track your order and when you should expect delivery to occur. DELIVERY OF JEWELLERY

UK & Northern Ireland: For all UK & Northern Ireland deliveries we use DPD courier services. We do not charge for this delivery service, it is FREE. This also guarantees the delivery of your jewellery the day after we send it. Click here to visit DPD Delivery website Once the jewellery has been dispatched from our offices you will be sent an email containing a tracking number. We’ll also explain how to track your order. All jewellery that we send this way is insured until such time when you or another person signs for it at the address you gave to us during the order process. The rest of the world – Worldwide (Non UK) deliveries For all international orders (outside UK and Northern Ireland) we offer FREE delivery via DPD/Fedex. For high value items we believe that this is the only way to ensure the safe passage of your order. All information about these delivery services can be found on their websites.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We give you 90 days to approve your jewellery in the comfort of your home. If returning jewellery, please ensure items are returned as sent, with all packaging, tags and certificates attached. Jewellery must be unworn and not modified. If the jewellery came with a diamond certificate/report, this must also be returned, otherwise, £250 from your refund will be held back until the diamond certificate/report is returned to us. Your normal statutory rights are not affected. If an item is cheaper than when you purchased it we will not allow you to return the jewellery and re-order the same item within 90 days. We are happy to discuss any queries regarding this with you. Please Note: In cases of dispute we send items to Safeguard for an independent opinion. Learn more about Safeguard AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RINGS: We are happy to accept returns on Ladies’ Rings between the sizes of J and Q and Men’s Rings between the sizes of R and W. For rings outside of these sizes we cannot accept them back as they have been especially sized for your order. Where we alter a ring to your specifications or commission a ring to be made bespoke to your requirements (for example Eternity Rings and Wedding Bands), these items of jewellery will become non-refundable. We will always notify you if this before we confirm your order and before we take full payment. Please note that on rings larger than a size Q or smaller than a size J, the actual widths quoted can vary.

Our response time We aim to answer all customer enquiries within a minimum of 2 working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm. We have staff who will take a telephone message from you overnight, at weekends and during bank holidays.We’ll then try to get back to you promptly during the next working day. By doing so you consent to receiving communications from us electronically. Pricing Prices stated on AariyaDiamonds.com are in UK Pounds Sterling and are based on fluctuating metal prices. We endeavour to keep prices at constant levels but we reserve the right to change prices at any time when the need arises. Once an item has been purchased and we have received payment for it we will always honour the price quoted. In the event of a pricing error we will endeavour to honour the cheapest price but do reserve the right to cancel any order which would be uneconomic or where the price has been abused. Product descriptions AariyaDiamonds.com attempts to be as accurate as possible. Products are often supplied with metal and diamond weights where appropriate. Unless stated these are guides only and can vary by a few percent. The diamond weights will be correct but the diamond measurements can vary on a diamond per diamond basis.
